Request a free concept

Terms of service

What the free concept includes, who can use it and what happens next. Updated 7 October 2026.

About this service

This free business homepage concept service is provided by Jacob Bradley, a sole trader trading as Jacob Bradley Web Development, based in Darlington, England. Contact hello@jacobbradley.co.uk. These terms apply to free redesign requests and previews. Paid work requires separately agreed scope, price and the main business terms; requesting or viewing a free concept does not create a payment obligation.

Who can request a concept

You must be authorised to represent the business, provide accurate contact details and have permission to reuse the relevant text, logo, photographs and other website material. Submit only an existing public business website. Requests are subject to review and capacity; acceptance and delivery are not guaranteed. A maximum of 30 free concept requests are accepted per calendar month in UK time. Submitting does not reserve a slot; a full month may mean consideration in a later month.

No illicit or harmful websites

Do not request concepts for illegal activity, scams, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, unauthorised data collection, abusive automation, mass unsolicited messaging, copyright infringement, extremist or hateful content, sexually explicit services or deceptive impersonation. Do not use this service to harass others, bypass access controls or submit private/internal sites. Requests may be refused, blocked or withdrawn where misuse is reasonably suspected.

What is free

The offer is a homepage design concept and a temporary private preview. No payment details are required and there is no obligation to commission a website. It is not a complete production website, hosting contract, SEO guarantee or promise of increased sales. Additional pages, integrations, revisions and launch work are agreed separately. The 48-hour preparation aim is a target for approved requests, not a guaranteed deadline.

Your content and design rights

You retain your rights in your supplied content and branding, and authorise their use to prepare and privately share this requested concept. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Preview access is for evaluation; permission to launch, redistribute or commercially reuse design files must be agreed separately. No transfer of source code or other intellectual property is implied by a free request.

AI, review and preview limitations

Preparation may use AI-assisted tools with human review. Check all factual claims, images, accessibility, links and suitability before commissioning further work. Preview controls and links may be simulated, and the concept must not be used to collect real customer data. Your live website remains separate.

Accounts and shared links

Keep your email account and preview links secure. You are responsible for who you share an unlisted preview with. Access can be revoked for abuse or at the end of the preview period. Availability depends on third-party services and cannot be guaranteed.

Withdrawal, privacy and retention

You can withdraw a request or ask for deletion by emailing hello@jacobbradley.co.uk. Free-service data and files are retained for 270 days after the last substantive activity, subject to the privacy notice and any necessary legal retention. Preview links normally expire 270 days after publication. These are separate time limits; expiry is not itself file deletion.

Responsibility and applicable law

Reasonable care is taken in preparing concepts, but they are evaluation materials and must be checked before any real-world use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; any mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

Updates apply to future requests from the stated update date. Contact hello@jacobbradley.co.uk with questions, concerns or a report of prohibited content. The main business terms are available at jacobbradley.co.uk/terms-of-service.
